 Reasearch Interest

The research group focuses on the interdisciplinary field of Intelligent Environment and Precision Health. Its planned major research activities in the coming years center on: (1) environmental fate of chemicals and contaminants; (2) in vivo kinetic behavior; (3) non-targeted screening and health risk assessment; (4) machine learning and big data applications.

Professor Dong has presided over more than 10 domestic and international projects and has co-authored over 100 papers in journals including Science. He currently serves as Associate Editor for Environmental Technology & Innovation, and as a (youth) editorial board member for Hygiene and Environmental Health Advances and the Chinese Journal of Environmental Health.

The group actively recruits master's and doctoral students on a rolling basis, and sincerely invites postdoctoral researchers and collaborative faculty to join. Applicants with backgrounds in health toxicology, environmental toxicology, analytical chemistry, or mathematical modeling are warmly welcome.
